How will you shape the future chapters of your life?
Therapy can help us navigate the most challenging times as well as begin the journey of changing negative core beliefs, turning toward our whole self, and creating lasting wellbeing. We can make a sustainable change by welcoming present-moment awareness and developing healing responses to traumatizing life events. I work with clients to resolve suffering, build self-compassion and self-acceptance, and create new habits. Clients can expect sessions to include a solution focused approach using mindfulness, acceptance, psychological flexibility, wellbeing, and skill-building.

Trauma-Informed Environment and Self-Expression
Therapy should be a safe, judgment-free, and secure space to explore emotions and experiences through various modalities, including talk therapy, body awareness, mindfulness, drawing, and expression. Our offices provide varied seating options and allow you to evaluate and create the personal space that feels most comfortable for you. We are allies of the neurodivergent community.
Your confidentiality is taken seriously. Our office maintains strict HIPAA compliance with confidentiality and Arizona statutes. Your therapist will discuss with you these compliance guidelines, including safety exceptions and legal requirements.
